Dear you,
As we reflect on the past year, it's hard to believe that it's already 2023! It seems like just yesterday we were dealing with the challenges and uncertainties of the pandemic. But as the year has progressed, we've started to see a sense of normalcy returning to our lives.
Many of us have taken advantage of this return to normalcy by traveling and reconnecting with friends and loved ones. It's been great to see so many people sharing their experiences through compiled videos of their moments in 2022.
However, for me, this past year has been a little different. Instead of traveling and meeting up with people, I found myself mostly cooped up in my own space, focusing on redecorating and getting comfortable in my own company. While it may not be as exciting as some of the adventures that others have had, I've found that this time has allowed me to really rediscover myself and work on my personal growth. I've become more confident in setting boundaries and expressing my feelings, as my therapist has noticed in our conversations.
While I may not have a lot of videos to share, I can say that 2022 has been a year of growth for me. And I'm grateful for the opportunities that it has presented and the little joys in between.
I hope that you all had a great year as well, and that you're looking forward to what the future holds.

NEW YEAR
As we welcome in the new year, I wanted to share some thoughts about letting go of the urge to find symbolic meaning in everything and instead focusing on the things that truly matter.
It can be easy to get caught up in trying to find the deeper meaning or significance in every event or situation, but sometimes it's better not to overthink things and just let them be. This year, I'm making an effort to read more and deepen my friendships, rather than spending too much time trying to find hidden messages in everything.
I also want to make an effort to be more open and share more with the people I care about. And, I'll be checking in on loved ones more often to make sure they are doing okay. I’ll walk away from difficult people or situations without second thoughts, and I'll be willing to take some calculated risks in order to grow and learn.
In addition to these personal goals, I'm also making an effort to prioritize my physical and mental well-being. I plan to cook more, regulate my sleep, and work on my self-worth. These small changes can make a big difference in overall happiness and fulfillment.
Here's to a new year filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connections.
Best wishes,
Kimi
